I really liked where it was located made it easy to do our shopping etc. I liked the fact it had an underground carpark so you knew your car was safe. The hotedl overall was fantastic it was better than what we were expecting and the staff were lovely will definately be going again.
No not really our room was quite hot but we had a fan so wasn't too bad.

I truly enjoyed staying here. All in all, it was a nice comfy base for traveling to Cardiff.- My hotel room was tasteful and huge with a walk-in shower.- Complimentary Wi-Fi, a kettle, and a mobile were provided for a really comfortable stay, especially for a business trip.

I booked 4 rooms for 2 nights at the Park Inn. I found it good value. The rooms were clean and bed linen excellent. My family were quite satisfied with the rooms. The reception staff, especially a 'David' were excellent. The bar and breakfast staff were also very good. Needless to say the breakfast's were also very good. Thankyou for making our stay a pleasant one.
There is only one complaint, or maybe two. We all had rooms overlooking the lobby, over the function rooms, from which music was played until after midnight. The air conditioning was a little noisy. Apart from that it was grand!
